Hey, thanks for stopping by.

Well, one thing we sometimes do in Nia is to get in touch with our inner child. Some times there is running, jumping, skipping, shouting, laughing, giggling, squirming, rolling around on the floor . . . . just doing all those things that children "get" to do and are not self conscious about doing. It is so good for the body, mind, and the soul/spirit. Children are so free and loose and unfettered. Next time push the border and cross the line and BE silly. You won't regret it!

Thanks again for stopping by and commenting.
