		<description>My impression was always that 30 minutes a day was a minimum requirement - and they were speaking to people with sedentary lifestyles. Thirty minutes is definitely better than no minutes. I agree with you though, if you have weight-loss or specific fitness goals, more than 30 minutes (and a good diet) are necessary.</description>
