		<description>For some Nia IS dance it is not a performance.  But for others it is a workout.  And for some it is both. 

I think the shows, &quot;So You Think You Can Dance&quot; and &quot;Dancing With the Stars&quot; have helped people that have not danced before see that dance can be many, many things.  It can be a performance, it can be a workout, it can be a practice, it can be a paradise where people go to grow, or to heal, or to escape.  Dance is wonderful.
