Ok, now in regards to your comment here (thank you, by the way), how fun! So nice to both give and receive. Have fun paying it forward. Today as I was driving home a ball came bouncing over the school yard fence. I pulled over to the side of the road and got the ball and threw it back. But these are the random acts of kindness we always here about, but have you done something for you? Are you sitting up straight? Did you drink any water? Have you had any fruit or veggies? Are you comfortable?

My random act of kindness to my body (and spirit) is to indulge in a mid-day nap on Saturday. Not long – maybe an hour at most. For some reason this little pause can be even more refreshing than a full night’s sleep.
