Mobile and healthy! That is a fantastic goal!

Yes, there are a lot of health issues associated with a larger waist measurement.

And measuring gives a better idea of body composition and that is the key, right? Someone can weigh 200 pounds and be all muscle or weight 200 pounds and be all fat.

Doing your Nia and everything else you do can help keep you on track of your goal -- mobile and healthy! (Thanks for stopping by!)

Yes, I get frustrated with the weight thing. The scale thing even more since I don't lose weight. I have addictions and having hypothyroidism doesn't help. I decided, screw it I will never be a size 0 again. I don't know if I care to be a size 0. I just want to be mobile and healthy. I just want my waste to be below 35 inches. Why? Because there has been studies that prove that a waist size above 35 inches is caused by an overdose in insulin. This insulin may be causing breast cancer and uterine/ovarian cancer. Cancer should be a good motivator. Measuring is ideal.
