Fourth Day Of Our Month Of Planking

Posted by terrepruitt on March 4, 2013

Monday, Monday, Monday, Monday.  I have a Nia class to teach in the morning.  I might even add this in!  Ooohh!  That would be good.  No, that would be great, huh?  I could get my plank in during my Nia class.  Ha, ha, ha.  I might just do that.  I might also forget because I am doing a new routine and so adding something in might slip my mind!  I will be back to let you know.

In the meantime, how about you?  Planked today?

I didn’t plank, but I worked in the garden. I took a longer walk than usual yesterday (incredible sunny day over the vineyards) and I am still soar :)

    • :-) Working in the garden is a great workout . . . I think. It allows the body to use so many muscles and if you actually like being outside and working in the garden, it is great. You get a great workout and a pretty garden!

Hello, ugh planking done! Building muscle, ahhh, I’d rather be working in the garden!!

  3. I learned during previous challenges that part of the challenge for me is logging on to comment about it! I did my plank today. I did a bit in my Nia class, I even remembered, but it didn’t feel right to stay for more than a few seconds and I was straight armed. So, in other words, I did remember, but I didn’t find a way to work it into the routine. But, you never know . . . .
