Seventh Day Of Our Month Of Planking

Here we are day seven of our month of planking.  Are you finding that your muscle endurance is greater now?  Depending on how you are doing it, you might have two more days until you add time.  I will be adding 10 seconds on Sunday.  During the week I added five, so Sunday I am going to add 10.

I am also going to get my mirror out before I add time on to check myself.

    Hello, I have done my plank today, I noticed it felt easier the more I focus, I am still at only 10 seconds, and will add five more on Sunday :)

    Yesterday I did not plank or check in, I had a real busy day and decided to wait til evening when my husband was home so he could check my form, since I don’t have a good mirror to look at myself, and by the time we both were home last night I completely forgot about it :( . I think I will stick to my first thing in the morning routine an look at my reflection in the sliding glass door before it gets light out.

    • Oooh! Great idea using your sliding glass door. I have other ideas I’ll post in the check-in tomorrow! I know how it is having to do it (or anything) first thing in the morning. By the end of the day, often times for me, there is the rush to get everything done that I didn’t get done and inevitably something is forgotten!
