Another Frittata On Friday

Ahhhh today’s Friday Photo was last night’s dinner. Just a simple frittata with leeks, potatoes, green bell peppers, and cheese. I basically use the recipe in my Eggcellent Dinner post for all my fritattas changing the add-ins and number of eggs. We have leftovers now. YAY! Ha, turns out I have posted a frittata for a Friday Photo before, but now I have a pan that can go in the oven, so it is more frittata-y.
