“Recipes”
Instead of just having a category of “recipes”, I am trying out having them on a “page” so they are easy to peruse. And they are “recipes” because sometimes measurements are vague and you kind of have to figure some things out on your own. So they are guides to dishes. 🙂 Please let me know what you think about the recipes. Some of the recipes are my own creations and some are variations and modifications of other people’s. I give credit to blogs and books whose recipes I have used and modified, I hope you will too. Take a recipe, change it up then come back here and let us know what you did to make it even more fantastic. Let’s share ideas!
As I post recipes I will add the link to this page. Not all recipes have a picture on this page. At the bottom of this page I will have a last updated date so when you come back you can know if it has changed and something has been added since you last looked!
Due to the latest editor from WordPress, this page has been reformatted into nothing resembling a formation. I apologize for the mess that it has become. I am working on getting it back in order. It is a slow process because everything is wonky and some pictures have been deleted. Thank you for your patience.

We are currently transitioning to this type of system too…a lot of work, but we think it makes it much easier for readers to navigate the recipes.

I would like to have pictures next to each recipe, but my wordpress theme makes that very difficult for me to do. There might be a way that is easier, but I don’t know it. So, I just have a few pictures. It is a lot of work. 🙂 Good luck to you!

Good luck to you too!!! Yes, pictures would be great…but I don’t think our theme would support that either. Oh well..we do what we can 🙂

I can get pictures on the page . . . as you see, but their placement is specific. I can’t move them where I want or more accurately when I do it makes the text move, too.
I made a grilled cheese sandwich today. 🙂 I used Ciabatta bread, sharp cheddar, and sliced gouda. I was not brave enough to use mayo, I just used butter. The Ciabatta was so yummy!

Splitting up the dinner recipes into categories really helps me. You know I use my blog as my recipe book. This past week I made Artichoke Chicken and Chickpea Pasta and it was so easy to fine under chicken!

Thanks. You are being kind and I appreciate it. I am limited as to what I can do with the “page” on this theme. 🙂 I do use it though, it is like my online recipe book!

That is one of the main reasons I post recipes, I use it as my recipe book. I document what I have done, then post it! 🙂
