December 30 Minute Movement Challenge – Day #11

WOW!  Here we are fourteen days until Christmas, eleven days into our 31 day challenge.  How is it going?  Do you care to share any of the things you are doing in your 30 minutes?

Today is Tuesday, I’ll be back here after I teach my Nia class and get my (extra–ha, ha, ha) 30 minutes in.
