Have You Planked Today (Day 5)

Fifth Day Of Our Month Of Planking. Well, what is your report? If you are just learning the plank it is ok to do it for really short periods. Then as you get stronger, build up your muscle endurance you can do it for longer.
Remember to keep your spine straight and everything; head, belly, hips, knees all in alignment. Also remember to breathe. The habit is to hold one’s breath, but muscles and your brain need oxygen, so breathe!

I am new to planking and I did 10 seconds again today, focusing on breathing and form 🙂

Ah-ha! See, new to you! GREAT you are focusing on form. It is really important in this exercise/posture to get the form correct. YAY!

No hills or valleys with Plank!!! I remember someone saying that recently. I usually do at least ONE plank in my FloorPlay cycle. I loves me some Plank!!

Yeah I can get some straight arms planks in the floorplay, but I wouldn’t do the forearm ones because of hard floor? 🙂 I am sure they love you too!
