Plank done! Now on to some Yoga, which usually has straight arm planks. What have you got planned for the day?

Hello – You were an early bird this morning! Not me today – just got my plank done at 4:55 pm and it seemed harder than if I do it in the morning when I am fresh – I guess I really am a morning person 🙂 Still at 15 seconds and will not be adding any time this Sunday – will work on form and strength.

I believe people have their “high” energy time and yours must be the morning. Yeah for you for doing it this afternoon even though it is past your high energy time. Yay!
You never know. If you let the stopwatch go you COULD surprise yourself. 🙂
