Pink Alstroemeria

In June I posted a Friday Photo of these same flowers but in yellow. One of my friends in my Tuesday yoga class said they are alstroemeria. I believe my mother-in-law had told me that before. She was a gardener. My friend just had all different colors of these flowers put in her yard. This is not a picture of her flowers, it is a picture of my friend from Yin Yoga Teacher Training’s flowers.
I love these flowers, they come in a large variety of colors and they usually last a long time when brought in the house and used as decoration.

The flowers are lovely. My youngest daughter just returned to the USA from yoga teacher training in Bali. Syncronicity.

They are, I love them. They last a long time. Info on the Better Homes and Garden site says the blooms can last up to two weeks.
That is why they are sold in so many bouquets!
