Sometimes I post pictures of food for my Friday Photo. I was looking through my camera roll and I saw these imposters. I was pretty darn proud of these. They tasted really good. Do you like French Fries? I LOVE French Fries. I have make about two REALLY good batch of (potatoes) “fries” but I oven bake, not fry. But these aren’t even potatoes . . . they are COMPLETE IMPOSTERS! They are parsnips and they are oven baked and they were so good I took a picture. And they were so good I wanted to remember them so I am posting them as my Friday Photo. I did a blog post about my first ones back in 2019.

I already shared this on Facebook, but I thought I would use it as a Friday Photo because it makes me laugh. I was on Zoom talking with students after one of my classes recently and I looked up to see I had grown a tail. It was a bit of a surprise!

Ok, so it is not really a frozen heart, it is a frozen strawberry shaped like a heart. I know I am not the only one who enjoys seeing hearts in the world. I see pictures all the time of hearts people see. Here is a strawberry heart. I am glad I found this and could use it for my Friday Photo.
