2024 Ornaments, Ornaments, Ornaments

I always take a million pictures of our ornaments because I love them.  So even though I titled this 2024, you would never know it is from 2024 because the ornaments are the same every year, but I still take hundreds (ok, NOT millions) of pictures!

Slot machine, peacocks, and starfish.

Butterflies and starships.

Angels, hummingbirds, and flowers.

Unicorns and Spiderman!

Angels made of seashells, tea cups ornaments, tea pot ornaments, reindeer, and Christmas trees.

A NEW reindeer – SO SPARKLY!  Don’t tell my hubby, but it was a gift!

Snowflakes and – shhhhhh! Another new ornament (a gold Christmas Tree), but it WAS a gift!

A Winnie the Pooh ornament and another starship.

Starships, Peloton ball, the new reindeer, another starfish, a star, and a stocking!  Such fun!

Not As Easy As I Thought

Here is our ornament tree. I thought having a metal tree to hang things on would make it simple, but it is a challenge to hang the ornaments. I mean, for me, I don’t want all balls or round ornaments. I don’t want it to end up being all snowflakes or hearts. I don’t want a clump of one color. And some ornaments are big and don’t allow other ornaments to hang next to them. It is not as easy I thought, but I do like it.

Cleaning Up The MarkUps

I just learned something and I am so excited about it.  You may not be a fraction of excited as I am.  I belong to a lot of Facebook groups where people are often asking “where is this?”, “how do I?”, “where can I?”, “what does it look like?”, so I am constantly taking screen shots and circling things and using the arrows.  But that arrow has confounded me many times.  I want it to point right at a specific spot but it never quite gets there.  And don’t get me started on moving it and keeping it straight.  Anyway . . .

While scrolling endlessly on Instagram this guy said if I had an iPhone I had I had to stop scrolling to learn this.  So I did.  And he was right!

If you draw a circle, oval, square, rectangle, line, arrow, heart, or star with the “markup” tool you can keep your finger on it and it will “perfect” it.  My circles never look very good and my lines are often kinda wobbly.  Well draw and hold and the phone will make it pretty!

So excited!  What about you?
