Day three of planking. How’s it going for you today? Today is Sunday so technically it is a new week. Did you decide to stay at the duration you started or count today as a new week and add on some time? Whatever you decide is perfect. You are doing this for you and no one else so DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU!

Ok, I did this first thing this morning and then ran off to enjoy a lovely day at the beach! So I just read your comment to me and think that I will even lower it to 10 seconds if I am to focus on my body and not just OMG when will this be over, looking forward to this challenge…I’ll let you know how it goes 🙂

I think it is great of you to decide to do it better. I think ten seconds of quality is better than 20 seconds of not. I mean, the point is to get better, but if the practice is shoddy then . . . . there won’t be much improvement.

I almost forgot about my challenge. I was on my computer and I was reminded, then I was working on a Nia Routine for a while. Then I forgot. Then I came to my computer again and I was reminded again and I ran and did it.
Oh and I did add on 5 seconds. But I like what my friend did. She adjusted her time. I think that is great. Even though we are adding on, it is ok to do it for less time if you sense that is what you need.
