Plank ‘O Day

Posted by terrepruitt on March 11, 2013

Plank day number eleven.  So here we are on our eleventh day of planking.  Might be a difficult day to do anything because of that oh-so-precious hour we lost on Sunday.  So sad.  Not only do we lose an hour, but I believe our body just gets messed up having to adjust to everything being an hour off.  I know it messes with my cat’s schedule.

Animals don’t look at clocks they have a rhythm and when we are forced to change the time it messes up their rhythm.  Well, hopefully you can keep your plank going . . . . . .

How are you doing?  Have you added more time?

Oh yes that precious hour, today has been rough, but I got my plank in!

  2. Whoa! Almost missed it! I fell asleep on the couch with a cat on my lap. Just woke up and got my plank in! Whew!
