So how are you doing? I just mean in general? This is the week where we might actually feel like we lost an hour of time. I actually think I feel it the second week after . . . . but I have a different schedule than many. The time might have changed, but keep up your planking!
Remember to check your form!

Planking done TWICE! I did my 15 seconds and than read your “check your form” post and saw a few things I could improve, so I did it again – and it was actually better, and a little easier. I had my elbows too close together and was not pressing my shoulder blades back enough. Whew, glad that is done. I can see all the benefits of making this a regular practice, but making no promises!!

Oh, I am glad we checked our form. I wrote that post because I realized that I sometimes pushed myself to far forward. So I needed the check. I am glad it helped. We should keep it up.
I saw a mutual friend of ours today, she said she is doing it, but not commenting. I tried to encourage her to comment. I told her part of the reason I am doing a daily challeng is because I love our daily contact.

I just did my plank today! I was going to do it earlier and I kept getting distracted. But I got it done!
