Goodmorning, I woke up this morning and it was not raining, wahoo! So I took myself on a nice long brisk walk – and it was beautiful, the sun came out and birds were singing. Have a great day!

Good morning! Before I went to bed last night I confirmed that the check in post posted so you would have a place to comment! I woke up this morning to what sounded like bathtbus full of water being dumped on the house. It was POURING!!!! I think many people love walking and it is a great way to get some movement in. Good for you.
I am going to do a Nia demo at the studio Holiday party this afternoon so I think I will do my 30 minutes closer to that time.
Thanks for participating! YAY!

Holy Moly! Better late than never. I got my 30 minutes in. I was planning on doing it earlier, but the party at the studio was running late. I was supposed to go on at 3:05 and the act that was scheduled to go on right before me didn’t start until 3:35. I am not sure how it happens, but it does, these things run late. Then the owner decided to switch me because Nia is not a performance dance . . . I mean one can get up do a Nia routine as a performance, but I like to do it as an audience participation dance. She felt that once people got up they would not sit back down so she wanted to move me to right before the break. I don’t know what time I actually did the demo. But I know we didn’t get home until about 4:30 or 5:00.
But, we got the Christmas tree in the house! Yay!
So things got delayed and shifted a bit. And we are not on “schedule”, but we are right where we are supposed to be! Right?
