Got my 30 minutes in, it wasn’t easy this morning. If not for this challenge I totally would have blown it off this morning!

Yay! I am thinking that when I teach twice a day I am going to have to count my two hours of teaching as my 30 minutes! 🙂
I would have blown it off yesterday if not for this challenge. The best time to do it is in the morning because sometimes the day just slips away. Yesterday I was planning on being home at 3:30/4:00 and doing my 30 minutes then. But we didn’t get home until 4:30/5:00 and we brought dinner so, of course, I wanted to eat dinner. Then we had to bring in the tree and next thing I knew it was almost 9:00! 🙂 I am glad the challenge encouraged you to get your 30 minutes in this morning!

Eek! I almost forgot to post today! Done! Yay! On the days I teach Nia twice, I am going to count that as part of my 30 minutes!

Yes counting that 2 hours of Nia as your 30 makes total sense!! You are a moving machine!!! I would probably count the two hours as my next 3 days of 30 minutes too, heehee. It has been a long while since I have exercised with purpose every day – I am more of a 3 – 4 times per week kind of gal. So this is good for me 🙂

When I created this challenge in my head I was not teaching two times a day and I forgot that it was Christmastime. I was up and down the ladder getting boxes down all day. So I didn’t have time, but I was moving all day. So moving all day — as opposed to my normally sitting all day — and teaching two classes, I HAD to count all the activity as my 30 minutes.
So glad you are enjoying our little challenge! I taught this morning and I just got home. I have to do a few things, then I will be back!
