December 30 Minute Movement Challenge – Day #10

WAHOOOOOO! Day #10!!! How are you feeling about completing 10 days? Good? It is always nice to have done something good for yourself for 10 consecutive days. So yay!! Let’s keep going. I have one friend already talking about making this 30 minutes a day thing a permanent habit. That is really a great idea. 🙂 Thirty minutes really isn’t that long.
Today is Monday, I’ll be back here after I teach my 9 am Nia class. This month I am subbing a Yoga class while the regular teacher is on maternity leave. I am teaching Nia and the yoga students love it.

Oooops…too busy watching football and forgot to post. I did my 30 minutes!! YAY! And yay Packers for beating the Lions and becoming the Division Leader — now THAT’s a GREAT move!! 🙂

This is one of the busiest weeks of The Nutman business, so I’m going to “pre-reply” for today and tomorrow…I know it’s outside the guidelines, but I know you’ll understand!!! Today I teach Nia at 9:00 for 1 hour — that will be my 30 minutes for Monday and Tuesday!!! I’m doin’ it!!!

Yay! I am glad your business is busy this time of year. Makes sense. So many people like to give candies, nuts, and chocolate as gifts! Yay you! I will take your advance replies, only if for some reasons you don’t get your 30 minutes in you come back and fess up! 🙂
