December 30 Minute Movement Challenge – Day #15

Day fifteen! How is is going?
Remember, you are challenging yourself to do 30 minutes of exercise everyday this month. This is for YOU and no one else so if you miss a day that is ok, you can pick up the next day. Don’t stop with the entire challenge if you miss just one day it can happen, but just keep on going.
I bet if you are here you haven’t missed today! YAY! Let’s keep going! We are half way there!

Good Morning my friend, ok – I missed two days, two out of the ordinary days schedule wise and my small commitment to exercise went out the window! Today I am back on track with my early morning walk done 🙂 Whew!

Whew! Glad you are back on track. I understand how a different schedule gets you off track. That husband being home from work always changes the schedule! You should get double points if you walked in the “slushy-rain”. 🙂

Well rats. I think I’ve missed 3 days of posting. I have done 30 minutes (or more actually) every day. I’m counting today’s hour Nia class (it was such a fun class!) as 30 minutes today and 30 minutes tomorrow!! Thanks for the leeway in reporting. Gahhhh.

Hugs to you. The reason this is a bit of a challenge is because TIME! So even if you get the 30 minutes in having the time to comment/post about it sometimes is the challenge! If you’ve done all 15 days so far you are doing better than me! I missed Friday the 7th.
