Day Twenty-Five Of Planking

Just a week to go in a Plank A Day For A Month Challenge . . . . . wow!  Can’t believe it.  So . . . . you are still here.  That is awesome.  I hope you are feeling even better about your planks!

One day, I felt I went backwards, but that was one day.  Even a few days is ok to take a few steps back.  Because then eventually you get moving forward again, right?

So where are you at?

  1. I actually did my plank this morning before my Nia class. I forgot to post because I got caught up in household duties. Then when I got to the studio I couldn’t post from my phone. After class my morning was busy and I am just now getting to posting that I planked before class this morning!
