Four More Days Of Plankin’

Posted by terrepruitt on March 28, 2013

Here we are with four more days left of our Plank A Day For A Month Challenge.

I’ve decided I like doing my plank on Thursdays before my evening Nia class, otherwise I tend to almost forget!

Are you going to make it the last four days?

  1. Ha. I decided to do it really “early” before my Nia class. Ha. I am on my way to bed and decided to do a plank. I am not sure how my day will be tomorrow. I am hoping it does not “explode”, but you just never know. I have a plank done, just in case!

Whew! Plank done for today. Yesterday was a bust. I have decided that I am not very good at 30 day challenges! I am good for every other day or every three days. I am also honest to say that my work out efforts have been sub par lately and I am tired. I will take a look at this 🙂

    • Ha, you silly Rabbit. That is why it is a challenge! 🙂

At least you get back to it even if you miss a day. You don’t just stop doing it. That is great. So YAY for you. And thank you!

I am convinced that we are all tired this time of year because of the time change. I think it affects us for weeks after the change!
