No time off, though . . . . you can do it!  It’s 30 minutes, actually you are here to check in and say you did it, right?  You are awesome.  I will be back to check in!

  1. It is cold. It is raining. We (both my husband and I) received DVDs/movies as Christmas gits. My couch is very persuasive! BUT . . . . I DID put out this challenge and I already missed one day and I do believe that just because it is a Holiday doesn’t mean I can’t move for 30 minutes. So . . . . . I DID my 30 minutes. Whew! Now to write a post!
