Rose Garden Rose

In my area we have a rose garden. I don’t go often, but when I do I say, “I need to visit here more often.” And then I don’t. I visited recently on a hot day. The flowers were hot. I will be posting roses for my Friday Photo for a few weeks now. I didn’t get the names of the roses I took pictures of. I just took pictures of ones that struck me as pretty.
The last time I went was May 2015.

Imposters

Sometimes I post pictures of food for my Friday Photo. I was looking through my camera roll and I saw these imposters. I was pretty darn proud of these. They tasted really good. Do you like French Fries? I LOVE French Fries. I have make about two REALLY good batch of (potatoes) “fries” but I oven bake, not fry. But these aren’t even potatoes . . . they are COMPLETE IMPOSTERS! They are parsnips and they are oven baked and they were so good I took a picture. And they were so good I wanted to remember them so I am posting them as my Friday Photo. I did a blog post about my first ones back in 2019.

A Surprise Tail
