December 30 Minute Movement Challenge – Day #31

Posted by terrepruitt on December 31, 2012

WOW!  The last day.  The last day of 2012.  The last day of the 2012 December 30 Minute Movement Challenge!  So much excitement, who can handle it?

How do you feel?  Do you feel good having done a month worth of moving for at least 30 minutes?  Do you think you can continue?  Do you need to check in?  Talk to me.

I am teaching Nia this morning.  We will see if I get an additional 30 minutes in!  I don’t know that I will, but I do know that I will make certain to get in at least 30 minutes on New Year’s Day.  There is a Nia class . . . . maybe I will go to that?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!  I wish you a spectacular 2013.  I look forward to seeing you back here next year!

Ok, 60 minutes in today. Feeling really good about the month long challenge even though I missed 3 days. I’m sure I would like continue 30 minutes at least a day, the discipline of having to check in has helped me for sure, but I am hoping that I have also strengthened my habit and will continue with or without a check in!! Thank you for your daily posts!! Now let’s get the party started, Happy New Year my friend!!

  2. I did my 30 minutes on the last day of the year. I didn’t get in more than my Nia class, but that is an hour. I forgot to post that I did my 30 minutes.

    • I will let your unfinished comment travel off into oblivion. 🙂

I hope that your knee gets better. Thank you for participating as much as you did in my little challenge. I enjoyed having the more frequent contact so I was trying to think of one to do and I haven’t come up with one that my friend would do, but then again, that could be what would make it a challenge for her. 🙂

Love you. Happy New Year! Thank you for being here!

You’re such a darling woman/friend. It was my pleasure to participate to the degree I did with your challenge and it’s also my pleasure to read your blog posts. I also enjoyed the more frequent contact!
