Day One Of Your Ten Minute Practice

Posted by terrepruitt on February 1, 2017

So here it is, some of you are early birds and you might have finished your Daily 10 Minute Practice.  So you’ve marked off your calendar.  I can’t decide what I want to concentrate on.  There are so many things I should be doing I am not sure which one to do daily.  I want to have a focus.  So I am still thinking, but perhaps you have your plan.

Here is the place to comment.

I hope some of you participate.  I have one friend that is going to give it a go for two weeks.  That is a good idea.  Giving it a try for a couple of weeks.  We will see how it goes for us!

  1. So I have done a few challenges where we check in. It looks like for some I put my check-in as the blog post. And for some I put my check in as a comment. For this one I will put my check in as a comment. If I happen to be done with my daily ten minutes when I post then I will put it in the post and the comment. Keeping it in the comment to be consistent – in this challenge.

So, it is about 4:50 pm and I did my daily ten minutes. One day on the books!

Let me hear it. What have you got to say about this post?
