Ten Minutes to Get that Monday Going

Well, my Monday mornings start out with Nia. I have a regular Monday morning Nia Class . . . .really helps me start of my week right. This morning after class I came home to do a few things, one of them being my Ten Minute Workout. Done.

You are awesome. I haven’t done Tuesday yet. I am thinking about it. I want to combine my ten with my Nia so I can just get my sweat on and over with at once. 🙂

I should probably post first thing in the morning whether I do it or not so that people who do it early or are in different time zones can comment on the day they do it. I will try that tomorrow.

Becky – The writing takes longer than the Ten Minute Workout! It is still the beginning of the month, I am sure the check-in posts will get shorter. For instance, tomorrow I think I will just put a “placeholder” post in so that people in different time zones or people that do their Ten Minutes before me can have a place to comment. Then after I do my ten minute I will edit the post. I think I will try that.
