Sometimes it is necessary to skip even a Ten Minute Workout not because of time, but because of what is going on in your body.  I know that the tens won’t really hurt me, but my sinuses are a little stuffed or sore so I am going to do a few other things today.  I am posting to give YOU a chance to check in and let me know how you are doing.  Did you take ten minutes to do the ten?

Woohoo! I finally did a 10 minute work out…a little modified from your list, only because of the lack of equipment handy. I have not done anything other than walking/jogging for a LONG time and that little work out kicked my Glutes! Thanks! I will make the effort to keep it up, after all I can do anything for 10 minutes! Thanks Terre

    • Yes, equipment is not necessary! Without “equipment” will be one of the posts I do. Maybe I should get to that first instead of last, huh?

      YAY YOU!

I am just about to post that I finished mine today. (Monday) Thanks for checking in!!!!!

Let me hear it. What have you got to say about this post?
