Day Five Of Your Daily Ten Minute Practice

Posted by terrepruitt on February 5, 2017

Day 5 of the Daily 10 Minute Practice.   Yes, it is Super Bowl Sunday.  I will comment when I am done.  What about you?

  1. Ok, so as you can see, I missed TWO days. Right in the beginning of my challenge. Friday I was busy . . . even though 10 minutes is not that long, I needed to plan my time better. Saturday, I will admit, I had PLENTY of time, but I just didn’t do it. I had company and was just visiting. I thought about it, but then the next thing I knew it was 11:00 pm and I was in the middle of a movie and didn’t do it. Had I not had company I would have jumped up to do it, but . . . . I didn’t. But I am back at it this morning.

It think it would help if I did it at the same time every day, but . . . . well, let me see if I can do that.

I’ve done just one of my days so far…its on my calendar, but I am not thinking of Me-Time much lately.
