This is day eight of the Daily 10 Minute Practice, are you still with me? I am just going to have faith that there are people out there doing it, but they are too busy or shy to comment. I am keeping the faith that someone is using the calendar (besides me) that I made. I have a Nia Class and a Yoga Class this morning, but I will comment when I get my 10 minutes in!

This is a short month, so we won’t even be getting a full thirty days. And if you are like me and you miss a couple of days that you’ll be getting less, but I still think there is benefit from doing something daily. Even if it is MOST days and not EVERY day. What do you think? I guess it depends on what you decided to make your Daily 10 Minute Practice. But . . . I am gonna keep going. What about you?

So here it is day six. How are you doing? While I want to say I hope you are doing better than me, I don’t want to make it a bad thing if you miss some days of your Daily 10 Minute Practice. . . . . like I did. 🙂 I mean things come up. But I am going to work to get back at it.

Day Four Of Your Daily Ten Minute Practice

This is the fourth day of your Daily 10 Minute Practice. WHAT you are doing is up to you. And you are not necessarily posting WHAT you are doing here . . . you can if you want, I would love to hear. But I don’t want to put anyone on the spot. This is the check-in spot for having done what you want to do. So when I ask about how you are feeling, I am not asking if you feel more relaxed, or have bigger muscles or more flexibility or a more space in your home . . . because with most things 40 minutes might not make that big of a difference. BUT . . . . having done something for four days in a row, meeting that challenge might have you feeling good. It might have you recognizing that it is not really that difficult to carve out ten minutes. It might have you encouraged to keep going so that you WILL see gains in your chosen practice.
So . . . how are you feeling?

Day Two Of Your Daily Ten Minute Practice

On Thursdays I teach Nia at 9:00 am, then at 10:15 am I teach a stretch class, so I will probably be doing my Daily 10 Minute Practice after my morning classes. I want to get it done before the yoga class I teach at 6:00 pm. I am putting this hear so that when you have completed your 10 minutes today you can comment.

Day One Of Your Ten Minute Practice

So here it is, some of you are early birds and you might have finished your Daily 10 Minute Practice. So you’ve marked off your calendar. I can’t decide what I want to concentrate on. There are so many things I should be doing I am not sure which one to do daily. I want to have a focus. So I am still thinking, but perhaps you have your plan.
Here is the place to comment.
I hope some of you participate. I have one friend that is going to give it a go for two weeks. That is a good idea. Giving it a try for a couple of weeks. We will see how it goes for us!
