Day Eight Of Your Daily Ten Minute Practice

Posted by terrepruitt on February 8, 2017

This is day eight of the Daily 10 Minute Practice, are you still with me?  I am just going to have faith that there are people out there doing it, but they are too busy or shy to comment.  I am keeping the faith that someone is using the calendar (besides me) that I made.  I have a Nia Class and a Yoga Class this morning, but I will comment when I get my 10 minutes in!

  1. Its awesome how a lot of people are moving towards Yoga 🙂 Meditation and yoga are food for my soul. Have you been to Rishikesh in India? It is the YOGA capital of the World and has number of ashrams for meditation and yoga.
Read my blog on it here – https://himadri7.wordpress.com/2017/01/26/rishikesh-is-not-just-about-rafting/

Do visit when you have the chance, you’d love it! Much love from India. Namaste 🙂

    • There are a lot of people that are starting to practice yoga and meditation. This 10 Minute Daily Practice “challenge” is not necessarily for either, it can be, but it is really about whatever the person participating has a desire to do daily. The 10 minutes every day is suppose to help get the participant in the habit. Plus one can always practice longer than 10 minutes.

I have not been to India. I think of it as being very hot, I am not a fan of heat. Have you been to California?

  2. I just finished my 10 minutes. So much later than I had planned, but I got it in!

Let me hear it. What have you got to say about this post?
