Yes after ten minutes of meditation I feel relaxed, happy and easy going as my friends tell me. So it is working really nice for me. Thank you so much Terre.

I love that you are getting the results of meditation. How do you do it? Do you sit in silence? Do you have music playing? Do you burn a candle?

I sit in silence and concentrate on imagining I am in my ideal place in the world and enjoying the scene. Sometimes I just sit in silence and pray in my heart. It soothes me every time I do meditation.

I did my ten minutes yesterday, I just forgot to comment. I did them before I left to teach yoga because I knew that I would be too busy when I got back. And, as suspected, I was too busy. Too busy to make a comment. I kept forgetting/getting distracted. But I did it.
